DROP OFF PROCEDURE
Thank you for trusting us to take care of your friend today. We would like to explain our drop-off procedure to you.
Like a human ER, we assess our patients when they walk in the door, first by the receptionist looking at them visually and by the concern you express to us.
The technician (nurse) will do a preliminary exam on your pet to prioritize treatment. This will determine the level of severity of the problem or illness, thus the order your pet will be examined and treated by the doctor.
We do not know the exact time your pet will be examined if not a true emergency. Your pet will be examined the day you drop it off, determined by the doctor's appointments and surgeries.
