Doctor

  • Dr. Diana E Kuehn , D.V.M.


    Dr. Kuehn graduated from the University of Florida in 1981 and traveled west to Casper, Wyoming where she practiced for 7 years in a busy four-doctor practice.  In 1988, Dr. Kuehn and her family moved to Billings and worked at Heath Veterinary Hospital for 7 years, then she purchased what was known as Veterinary Clinic West in January of 1994.  A few years later, Veterinay Clinic West experienced a name change and became Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital.  Dr. Kuehn, her husband and 3 kids enjoy their own pets, including horses, 4 dogs, 5 cats, 5 birds, chickens, a chubby little pygmy goat and a variety of other 4-H animals.  After 22 years of practice experience, Dr. Kuehn still loves coming to work every day to enjoy the variety of medicine, surgery and dentistry that the practice provides.

  • Olivia M Seddon , DVM


    Dr. Olivia Seddon was a Florida gal, graduating from the University of Florida  in 1993.  She worked at various veterinary hospitals in Florida until marriage brought her to Montana in 2001.
     
    She particularily enjoys dermatology and internal medicine cases.  In addition to dogs and cats she also examines reptiles, pocket pets and orphaned native wildlife.
     
    In her spare time, Dr. Seddon enjoys spending time with her husband, hiking, gardening, practicing her clarinet, and playing with her birds and her German Shephard.  She also spends quite a bit of time tending to her six aquariums, including the one containing the neighborhood-famous "Bubby - the talking goldfish".

Technician

  • Trish


    Trish lived in Jacksonville, NC for 15 years while her husband was in active duty in the Marine Corps.  While she was there she took a Basic Veterinary Assisting Course at the Coastal Carolina Community College.
     
    In August of 1994 Trish began working at the Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital as a receptionist/technician.  She worked there until May 1997 when her husband was transferred to Billings, MT. 
     
    Trish began working at Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital in October 1997 as a technician until 2000 when her husband recieved orders for a one year tour in Japan.  While he was gone Trish and her family moved back to Jacksonville, NC to live and Trish returned to the Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital.
     
    Trish made her final move back to Billings, MT  in June of 2002 when her husband retired from the Marine Corps. and has returned to her position as a technician at Caring Hands. 
     
    Trish has a daughter and a son as well as Scout, her German Shephard, Casper, her cat, and Joey, her Amazon bird.

  • Betsy


    Betsy moved to the Billings area in December 2003 and joined the Caring Hands staff in February 2004.  She graduated from Colorado State University in 2000 with a Bachelor in Equine Science and has been working as a veterinary technician since then. In 2006 Betsy took the national exam and became a certified veterinary technician.
     
    Betsy's family consists of 5 dogs, 6 cats, 2 parrots, and 9 horses. Her main interests outside of work include  endurance riding, and other outdoor activities.

    Cassie joined the Caring hands team July 2007.

    She is a graduate from National American University in South Dakota.

Reception

  • Darlene


    Darlene has worked in veterinary medicine for over 25 years as a receptionist, starting at Shiloh Veterinary Hospital in 1978 before moving to Veterinary Clinic West which later became Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital. 
     
    She has lived in Montana all of her life, is married and has 2 more than wonderful children and 6 fabulous grandchildren.  She also has 1 Black Lab and 1 Shih Tzu, and loves to garden and loves to junk.

  • Brittany


    Brittany graduated Billings West High School in 2008 and has been at Caring hands for two years. She is now attending Rocky Mountain College hoping to get a Chem major.

    She has 3 cats; Ziggy, Flo, and Dory. One Pompoo; Tito and one ferret; Lilly.

    In her spare time she likes to ride her bike and cross stitch.

Kennel

  • Robert


    Robert has lived in Billings for about six years.  He has three brothers and four sisters, two of which live in Texas with his father and stepmother.
     
    Robert has five pets in his household: a bird, two fish, a hamster and a dog.  His favorite hobbies are building model cars and collecting sports cards.  He loves to ride bikes, play basketball and go camping.  Robert's favorite movies are the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
